Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh and the woman who accused him of sexual assault on her in high school are scheduled to testify in the court case on the subject. They are the only testifiers. Mark Judge, the friend of Kavanaugh’s who the woman says stopped him from continuing his assault, has no memory of the event and does not wish to testify.

Todd Maxson, the doctor hired to create a trauma center in Little Rock, the only in Arkansas, was hit by a drunk driver about midnight while coming home from work on his motorcycle, was taken to the trauma center at the hospital, and has been there for the last 9 months. The center he created may have saved his life, because he brought the mortality rate from 30% to 16%.
