Today the baby came over again. He didn’t cry nearly as much this time. We also had a ciropracter apointment today. It took a long time. During it I did some drawing including some pretty good ones, well at least good for me even though I do take drawing as part of school. I also did a drawing that I’m sending to my first ever freind.

I wrote a bunch of paragraphs using two words spelled the same with different meanings. It was sort of hard but sense I like to do creative things so it wasn’t to hard.

I did some math today, it wasn’t very easy but I finally did it. It also took a long time and I had to wait a long time for the computer.

Today I didn’t get much done because mom went to the doctor on a short notice because of some symtoms she’s been having that they thought could be serious. Dad came home and then I couldn’t stay focused because I was worrying about mom but I still got more done today than yesterday.

In case for creator today we were talking about puzzles and how you need to finish the puzzle before you can see the picture. And also how God worked so hard to make the earth perfect.

I did spelling with dad and also got a A in spelling.

Today I didn’t get much done. I was tiered of doing school before I started. We also went on a field trip to the library today and that took up almost all of the morning. We started a new book today.

In bible Paul was saying that he wanted to send Timathy to the church and that another person that had been sick was better and wanted to go see them now that he was better.

Today we started reading about Japan and the city we started reading about was Sapporo it is on the island named Hollaido. Sapporo means Dry big river, they’re are 2.5 million people in Sapporo.

We read about how your reflexes help you a lot by helping you act quickly when they’re is danger.

We started Philippians today in bible. Philippians is one of the letters that Paul wrote to the churches that he started.

Pocahontas and the strangers

Pocahontas and the strangers was a ok book. It has some violence in parts. I give it a 4 star rating. It is about a Indian girl who’s village is close to Jamestown and the Indians arn’t sure weither the white men are they’re freinds or not. The other Indians have desided whether the white men are they’re enemys or not but does Pocahontas think the same thing? Her father is the chief of a couple of tribes and going agianst him could mean death, but does that mater to her? Find out by reading the book by Clyde Robert Bulla.

Did you know that you have 3 different kinds of muscles? You do. They ‘re skeletal, smooth, and cardiac.

homeschool journal 9/23/15

Today mom was sick, and we got a really late start. I had ballet today and it was fun.

In bible Jesus died and He got put in the grave. What really stuck out to me today in bible was actually Jesus saying that Mary (His mom) was now Johns mother, and John took care of her after that.

We had case for creator today. It was talking about how the game mouse trap is crazy, complacated, and complex jut kidding the last one is fun. And it needed a creator, so if you are way more complex than that you must have a creator. It is so unlikely for you to not have a creator it is about the same likelyness of you throwing letter tyles into the air and they land they a novel. That’s unlikely.

In science we learned about muscles. Did you know that muscles make heat? Or that they can make themselfs smaller, or bigger? They can . That’s cool!

Today I got a really  late start. Mom went to the doctor. Mom and Reed where not feeling good today.

I got a C in spelling.  That is bad. I think I made a mistake, I’m a terrible speller, sometimes I can’t even spell off, or of, or when. Sorry for the mistake. Pride comes before a fall, I think that was my pride and this C is my fall. Oops well I think I’ll learn something from this. Don’t be prideful.

We learned about Pyongyang today in 10/40, it was fun, Pyongyang is in North Korea, it’s name means “peaceful ocean.”It is the capital of North Korea and has a population of 3,346,000 people with poor living standards. I also learned that South Korea’s longest river is the Naktong river,it is 325 miles long. People actually don’t live on the smaller islands in South Korea most of the time. Chenju island is the biggest island. Halla-san is the tallest mountain in South Korea, it is 6,398 feet tall and it’s on Chenju island. I labeled some points of interest on a map of Korea.

We had to read a weird poem about hollyhocks, at least it was short.

Science was about how muscles move. It was really fun and cool! We learned about how they actually contract and relax, they actually do that by having cells fit into each other.
