In Japan they threw someone out because he was a foreigner and knew too much about the country. There are 36,000,000 people in Tokyo. The Dutch ,that lived in Nagasaki a long time ago when foreigners were expelled except some Dutch and Chinese, had to have permission to go to the mainland, even to go for a stroll, and have company of thirty Japanese men ,which, they were expected to buy a fancy dinner for all of them. The Japanese wanted to not let foreigners in and to make their country bigger. But the foreigners they did let in made their country bigger by introducing industry. It was 500 years ago when Tokyo was called Edo.
