United States President Donald Trump visited Florida for three hours Thursday September 14, his third as president to the South for post-hurricane related reasons. Since his first, to Corpus Christie, Texas, he has grown more and more personal in his actions after being criticized for not being so. This visit worked at a stand handing out sandwiches and talked to the victims promising better futures. Hurricane Irma killed a total of 38 people including 8 elderly living residents from hyperthermia (human overheating, or advanced heat stroke). 64 nursing homes in Florida did not have fully-functioning air-conditioning September 15. Employees of those places have had to evacuate and hand out ice and popsicles. 25% of the state was also without power.
