STATES TRYING TO BE FIRST TO STRIKE TRADE RELATIONS WITH CUBA

Ralph Abraham, a politician from Louisiana is visiting Cuba awaiting US-Cuba trade relation talks to be over. He says he wants his state to be first to start trade with Cuba.
