They made history pictures because most people couldn’t read so learned everything they learned by pictures, even right and wrong. What happens if they made a mistake in pictures and they thought they were supposed to do what the pictures said not the opposite.

English people had some awful history paintings. I call them history paintings because they show history. They had really pretty stained glass windows though. Architecture is pretty intresting, they used pretty colors then. I think simple machines are way more fun than complacated ones. Glassed for farsighted people were invented way before ones for nearsighted ones. I guess they concidered it more important to see up close, or nearsighted ones were easier to get to work.

Today we read about Saul’s anointment. I am getting tired of history. We are doing last weeks stuff. Today is Passover but we are celebrating it tomorrow. My friend and her family are coming over. Tonight I will get one of my ballet costumes. I am really exited. I wrote a poem about beds inside of a picture of a bed. I also learned about symbols. I had a lot of science questions but I think I got most of them right. I had trouble with critical thinking.

In Bible times prophets were called seers. We learned about Saul getting anointed. Samuel said to Saul, get up so that you can leave. We read a crazy crazy crazy making no sense poem today about a man with two arms, two legs, two feet, and a head with eyes and such.
We learned about acids and bases in science. We also learned about polymers. They are really nice. We learned about the pH scale. Science take forever and is really really hard to under stand and they keep repeating things.
In history we learned about the events we are learning about in a historical fiction book, it is cool to know more about it. It is also cool that they fit together, it happens a lot with Sonlight. We also learned about St. Patrick, they did it a few weeks late. There is a ton of fighting in history, it is over half of it.

In Bible the Philistines attacked Israel. Samuel was judging the Israelites and they won. In science we learned about types of reactions.
We learned about the French civil war. We learned about Joan of Ark, I wonder if God actually sent her. If she was a christian then she sort of died a mytar. If she wasn’t she was still used by god to make history.

Today we packed because we are going to be in the car for 6 hours tomorrow round trip to a memorial. I did a ton of math today. I dislike math, it isn’t fun and it’s frusterating, which I can’t even spell.

In Bible all of Israel got circumcised. The end of the chapter was Joshua meeting Jesus. It was the best chapter-ending cliff-hanger I’ve seen in the Bible. In history we learned about the Crusades. Also about Samurai, how they affected Japan and what Japan was like in their time. In Japan the Prime Minister was always the heir to the throne, like the Prince of Whales. We read two poems about the founding fathers. In science we learned about micro-machines made using lasers. Like glasses for flies. Laser shows don’t burn anything because they keep moving fast enough.
